Processing of personal data in a database with local data

We harvest publication data from local research databases from a large number of Danish institutions which are displayed in the database with local data. You can read more about how the processing of data takes place here.

Cookies 

We use cookies to get an idea of how the database is used by users, as well as to provide users with additional functionality.

Cookies give us important information about how and when the site is used, which pages are used the most, how long our users stay on the pages, etc.

 

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser in order to recognize your computer on repeat visits. Cookies are not active files; they cannot develop viruses or track content on your computer. All they do is send anonymous information back to us about visit time, duration, etc.

On this site we use cookies for the following purposes:

Statistics (Matomo):

We keep statistics on the use of the publication databases, so that we can best adapt it to the needs of the users. We collect, among other things, information about the number of visits, average visit duration, number of new users and number of users who return to the site, which browsers are used, which countries the users come from, when the database is most loaded, etc. For this purpose, we use Matomo.

 

If you do not want to allow cookies

If you do not want to allow the use of cookies on your computer, you can change the settings in your browser so that it remembers it in the future. You can also delete cookies that have already been stored.
